Creators’ work deserves respect. If you believe material on masturbatewithothers.live copies your protected work without permission, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) through the contact form and choose the topic “Copyright”.
1. Streams inside the chat
Pictures, sound and messages in the live chat are hosted by Coomeet, not by us. A complaint about a stream or a chat user has to go to Coomeet, the only party able to act on its own service.
2. Contents of a notice
- who you are and how we can reach you – postal address, phone number or email;
- which of your works you think was copied;
- the exact URL on masturbatewithothers.live that carries it;
- a declaration of your honest belief that this use was never permitted – not by you, not by someone acting for you, not by any law;
- a declaration, made under penalty of perjury, that each line you wrote is correct, and that you own this work or are entitled to speak for its owner;
- a handwritten or electronic signature.
3. After your notice arrives
Each complete notice is checked, and material is removed or blocked if the claim holds. When a part is missing, our reply lists it.
4. Counter-notice
Had your material removed and think that was an error? Send a counter-notice naming yourself and your contact details, which material disappeared and at which URL, a declaration under penalty of perjury that it was removed through mistake or misidentification, your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your judicial district, and your signature.
Anyone who knowingly files a false claim can be held liable for damages under § 512(f).
